Looks like a fantastic project and it's clear to see you're cracking on well!
Good luck with the rest of the build! ![]() '89 90 CSW with a 3.5 V8 conversion (WIP) - http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic46809.html |

Very nice! You're not the only one that has been inspired by that build... this was us a few weeks ago in the Pyranees...

Chassis is not shot but its rough, we have a new Richards on order. It has had a new rear cross member quite recently. I am going to cut it off and put it up for sale. |

are you going to fit a disco rear axel? ( gives you the rear discs) Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Our plan is just to run around in it pretending we're cool.
No off road stuff and we're not stuffing a V8 in there either, so our thought process, with god knows how much cost ahead, is to reuse as much as possible that is good and still works, to save pennies for shiny bits later on. Freestyle wheels fit drums don't they? |

I have drums on the back of my Ninety with freestyle wheels, they do fit but you have to remove the Land Rover centre cap in the middle as the hub cap sticks out too far.
