Check that the bulb hasn't failed before you get too involved. The failure of the light on one side only is more likely to be a bizarre coincidence than the result of anything under the dash.

Thanks Blackwolf, Definitely not a failed bulb as I’ve just changed the headlamps over to LEDs and I have the same problem, the drivers side dipped beam isn’t working but all the modes on both lights are fine. Any other ideas?!

In that case you'll need (or we need, depending on your viewpoint) to take a look at the electrical diagram to see at what point the two circuits separate, sine whatever has gone wrong must be "downstream" of this point.

All sorted, turns out it was an issue with the dipped beam fuse terminal. The fuse was fine but managed to replace the metal connector and seemed to have sorted the issue. Thanks for your help on it. Now got a turbo issue so a separate post coming up soon!
