Third row heater control

I have noticed that my 24 130 has no control on the ventilation in the third row. There are usually two methods of control, one being an option to choose the third row from the infotainment screen and secondly a rotary fan control in the rear itself. My car has neither and only shows front/rear on the screen and no rotary control. Is there anyone out there who knows if this something that can be retrofitted?
I'm aware things are fitted but not activated, like subwoofers etc but what about a fan for the rear?
I'm hopeful of an answer from the LR Gods who frequent these hallowed halls.
