About the only nice thing about that is the stunning green paint on the exterior, I think the “I’ve been Tango’d” interior would make me car sick........

Didn’t think I’d like it until I saw the vid. Really like the interior colour! Laughing Laughing

Note the non-use of folding LR ladder. Shocked

Looks like form over function ruled that ladder design.........
I was one of the very very few people who specced the optional Tan Plus pack on my last Evoque, in the photos it looked more like Carrot colour, but in sunlight it was a fair shade of tan rather than carrot so I’ll give that Defender interior the benefit of photo processes not rendering it too well.........

Evoque Dynamic Lux Plus - they were the most comfortable seats I have had in a car and unlike the ones fitted to old Defender and Jaguars these were genuine Recaro seats

I never really got the nappy poo look, but then beauty is in the eye of the beholder..... Shocked

At least it wont be as noticeable than a cream interior if you have been volunteered to take an elderly relative to the hospital... Whistle

That front end certainly looks rugged, but OMG the orange interior is vomit inducing (or possibly vomit inspired....)

Great to see some AM mods coming through, but this one is definitely not for me. Even mods have to be done tastefully.

Saw it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Great color but too much. If it had contrast then it would look much better painting literally the entire car one color, bumpers wheel wells trim pieces window trim moldings all one color is hideous. . The problem with the bumper is that the intercoolers/tranny oil coolers would be exposed on US Spec models because the sides of the bumper sit too high and the coolers sit too low. 2022 Defender Trek Competition 110 collectors edition!

I guess he has relocated the 2 front coolers... as this is Arab Emirates area of the world.. its hot ... so they would have had the coolers fitted as standard...

The lower mounts appear to be below those of the OEM ladder?

Isn't that more a problem with the original design? Why put such critical components in such an exposed area?

from the picture it looks like the ladder is fixed, whereas the OEM one unlocks and folds down to half way
between centre hub of the wheel and the tyre..

looking at their instagram walk around it's bizarre they go all that way to make it look slightly hard
core on the outside and then fit carpets Whistle yet another pommie bar steward down under

Hopefully it doesn’t have the stickiness after a IRN BRU spillage event. Haven’t tasted that stuff for a few decades! Shocked
