Defender 90 rear seats question

Hi everyone, new here after being on Disco4 for years.

I have a quick question...when you fold the rear seats down on the new 90, is the floor NOT level? From the pics it looks like there is a metal bar which is a step up to the back of the seats.

Not a huge issue if thats the case, I will just make something to make it level, but struggling to find out tha answer!
