Easiest way is to remove the rad shroud, front grill and intercooler. This gives you a clean approach to the radiator and thermostat.
We have done ours now four times, chasin a coolin issue... Can't leave well enough alone |

Hi Greyman,
You can remove your CHT with an open ended spanner, I just installed mine with one. Cant remember what size it was though. Its hard to get to but its doable. Unplug it first so the cable is free to spin round. Kev |

15mm i think, just get a cheap socket and grind a slot into it.
