I had to replace my front passenger side seat belt as the Mrs kept slamming the door on it.
Got it from Exmoor trim. Since it comes with the bit you clip into (mine was fine so didn't replace that) perhaps you can use that for the back row damaged one Exmoor trim sell the aftermarket ones at a reasonable price One small thing was the plastic cover for the seat belt reel didn't fit on the replacement - I can take the Dremel to it but didn't seem worth it and it passed the MOT without the plastic cover |

In extremis you can always remove the seat for the MOT test. It has been done!
