Routing internal dab aerial wire

Ref the dab wire, I am going to route the down the left plastic interior a pillar and then across the lower windscreen to the centre of the dash...the connector is circa 1.5 cm wide. Is it possible to feed this down behind the dash centre to connect with the radio? Is there room before I start fiddling around!?

Btw vehicle is a 13 plate puma.

Probably just, if you need a tiny bit of extra room just take a couple of dash fixings out move away just a little bit. Install and then replace. The small amount of room your looking for this would be possible.
If you need extra room in A pillar trims, mid do good ones, but unless you have lots c of wiring up and down there like I do I doubt you’ll need them unless the wire dia is significantly large saw 4mm +

Excellent thanks. The wire dia is quite thin so the existing trim should be ok, though there is a large wire already routed thru ...not too sure what it feeds maybe the rear light and rear heated screen perhaps but all should be ok.

You shouldn’t have a problem routing it there, I have a cb radio cable and spot light cables outed that way on mine and it is tight but it does all fit without issues

2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Stornoway Grey

Rather than routing across the lower windscreen to the centre of the dash remove the top dash cover over the passenger stowage shelf thing (two screws to remove), then you can route the cable into this void at the base of the a pillar cover. Inside there are large openings to the rear of the head unit > 110 XS Double Cab
