I had that as well. Warm weather aggravated the issue. Round trip from Oxfordshire to Romania was somewhat less than enjoyable due to the constant squeaking.
I had two squeaks... one internally, and one on the actual pedal itself. During the 24K service, the cylinder was lubed and I've not had that rusty spring squeak sound since. ![]() Unfortunately the pedal squeak comes and goes. If I hit the spring with silicon spray, it goes away for several weeks. In my case, the secondary squeak is due to the fact that I shift in a lazy manner - instead of having my foot square on the pedal, I tend to have it at an angle, and this put a bit of pressure (forcing it to the left) - hence the squeak. |

I have the same - i have been told it's because of when the master brake cylinder leaked... www.ralton.co.za

In my case, no leackage anywhere.
I'll try silicon oil on the master cylinder Matteo Defender 110 Td4 SE MY 09 |
