Gywn Lewis trailing arms
In a world of double din fascias, and LED lights, things like this seems to be getting rarer.
I’m still a bit of a sucker for stuff like this, even though I don’t do much serious off-reading these days.

My trailing arm bushes had seen better days. So it was a good excuse to fit them.

The gywn Lewis ones are huge compare to the standard ones.

They went on easily, just the old axle end nuts took a bit of muscle to remove.

It’s the first time I’ve used non standard bushes, but these Super Pro bushes are softer than normal poly bushes, so I thought I’d give them a try.
It’s difficult to compare , these with genuine bushes, but new Super Pro bushes are better than the old worn out ones for sure.

It seems less harsh now over bigger bumps, so so far so good. 👍🏻

Yes it does look good indeed Steve.👍🏻 That’s proper old fashioned bling😉

I didn’t mention it in the first post, but these are faultless as far as construction and finishing are concerned, as are my gywn Lewis props.

I ran a set of gywns cranked rear arms for 8 years, prior to fitting them the 90 used to mash std bushes, chassis end, 2" lift and dislocation, ran Superpro blue in them. Cheers
