Thanks for all the info and the manufacturer, much appreciated.
Is this the main fuse you referenced? Click image to enlarge There's a definite break in volts in between these two points. One side is reading over 12v whilst the other side of it is reading 0.6v so I suspect this is the issue. If I can't find a replacement I'll try contacting the manufacturer |

That's exactly what it looks like! Thanks!
I've just taken the 200 fuse off and the voltmeter is reading a flat 0, which suggests it's all good inside, right? I'll get a spare on order anyway |

Join the wires on one of the studs, what do you get from outputnofnspkit charge then. It probably needs the main battery over a set voltage 13.6? Before it will switch over anyway. Cheers
