110 2 door hardtop to station wagon 4 door conversion
Has anyone ever attempted this on a 110? I can see station wagon conversions on the 90 but struggling to find a 110 conversion. I understand it's easier just to buy a station wagon than to do a conversion but I'm interested to see if it can be done.

I'm looking at fitting second row doors to an ex Scottish power utility 110. Is it a case of finding a replacement rear tub, second row doors and rear quarter panels?

I'm not going to use the second row doors for seating, but for side access to the vehicle for overland use.

Any info on this would be much appreciated.

Basic structure you will need (off the top of my head):
- Toeplate for the rear of the front seatbox
- brackets for the front seatbelt reels and buckles
- rear tub
- 2nd row floor
- bolt on mid-body crossmember
- roof
- sills/b/c-pillar structure for both sides
- chassis brackets for the front of the rear footwell/back of seatbox
- 2nd row doors/hinges/latches/check straps

A fairly substantial conversion really. 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread

I did this to my old 110 and Steve is correct, it's a substantial amount of work.

I sourced most of the parts I needed from a 110 station wagon someone was breaking, be careful with what you buy unless you're happy to start repairing the tub, b-posts etc. It's also not cheap, panel prices have rocketed recently and I'd say you could eat a good hole in 3-4k pretty easily without labour and paint (depending on how you intend to go about it).

All that said, if you need any advice at any point drop me a message and I'll be happy to help. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread

Yrm will have most of the parts you need.. but your biggest challenge will be finding a decent rear Tub for a 110 station wagon.

And I agree with the lads, its a fair bit of work and can get quite expensive but having said that it's easy to do once you have all the parts.

That looks lovely, nice job. A very nice unmolested looking 110 even though it has been modified.
