Basic structure you will need (off the top of my head):
- Toeplate for the rear of the front seatbox - brackets for the front seatbelt reels and buckles - rear tub - 2nd row floor - bolt on mid-body crossmember - roof - sills/b/c-pillar structure for both sides - chassis brackets for the front of the rear footwell/back of seatbox - 2nd row doors/hinges/latches/check straps A fairly substantial conversion really. 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

I did this to my old 110 and Steve is correct, it's a substantial amount of work.
I sourced most of the parts I needed from a 110 station wagon someone was breaking, be careful with what you buy unless you're happy to start repairing the tub, b-posts etc. It's also not cheap, panel prices have rocketed recently and I'd say you could eat a good hole in 3-4k pretty easily without labour and paint (depending on how you intend to go about it). All that said, if you need any advice at any point drop me a message and I'll be happy to help. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread Series 2 109" Series 1 80" |

Yrm will have most of the parts you need.. but your biggest challenge will be finding a decent rear Tub for a 110 station wagon.
And I agree with the lads, its a fair bit of work and can get quite expensive but having said that it's easy to do once you have all the parts. |

That looks lovely, nice job. A very nice unmolested looking 110 even though it has been modified.
