Not sure why this is required? I used a pump spacer to change the lever point inside the pump, but then just fitted the new 2.8 nozzles to my existing injectors, (I didn't fir them, a diesel engineer fitted them and calibrated), but I installed into the engine, worked perfectly from Day 1...? These along with some other simple mods have changed my 110 beyond expectations... Wolfie |

Have a chat with Nick Steggal at steg4x4.co.uk as from what he has said the 2.8injectors are a smaller nozzle than the standard. Give him a shout as he can source Bosch parts and might be able to help you out Jon |
