America’s Cup – First day of Practice Racing goes all wrong for Brits

The first day of official practice racing was run by the 36th America’s Unfortunately it did not work for Ben Ainslie’s Ineos Team UK, with Britannia being slowly towed back in without seeing any action.

What they broke or what the problem was is not known yet.

I happened to catch a tv programme showing the racing. Absolutely awsome stuff. The way these boats keel over and go up onto one foil is poetry in motion, exciting, stunning! On the edge 100% of the time.
