Back down to earth!!

Afternoon gents,

Could i run my current plans by you guys to avoid unnecessary cost and headaches please?

I have a galv chassis on order and im looking to change a few things on along the way.

I currently have my 90 on a terrafirma 2” lift with hd springs, 285 75 16 tyres on 16x10 wheels with an offset of -32.

My new plans are to go back to standard height springs mainly due to the fact i was never happy with the front shocks hard against the top spring seats and flighty steering etc. I know i could have made more changes but ive decided that standard (ish) lr is the way. I was thinking medium duty (winch and occasional towing)????? What do you think??

As for wheels i thought 16x7 steels with an offset of 0et??? Running my 285 75 16 till they wear and maybe back to 265.

Im just looking for a tried and tested set up really and thought id gather everyones thoughts

i have 0 offset 16x7's with 285/75/16 in the attached picture, yes i have a 2 inch lift, but i did have them on before the lift.

Thats a lovely bit of kit! Do you think they would rub offroad on standard springs?

Hi

I know mine is a pick up with standard suspension, front and back and with the modular's 16x7 et 0 with 265/75/16 bfg at 2's they don't touch anywhere on the body when off the tarmac or loaded up
