Brake Query
Folks, My brakes work effectively most of the time. They have however recently developed a tendency to be spongy on first press (every 2 or 3 time) but when pressed again all is well.

Had different views on this. I thought maybe some air in system, others said master cylinder (all looks ok).

ps. I noticed a slight leak at driver rear brake pipe a couple of weeks ago but when tightened the leak stopped

Views pls Sweaty...thanks in advance Sweatysock

hmmm, you have sucked air back in the pipe.
i would just bleed the whole vehicle and that would change the fluid as well - quite quick and simple. BM52

Wheel bearing???

Start with a pad check, then a bleed.

You could use a pipe clamp on one flex pipe at a time, to check the different calipers.
