Is there any kind of matting or something available for the back of a 110 USW? I don't want the seatboxes getting all scratched up and damaged, so is there any way to protect them without having to spend a fortune? 2011 110 USW

Spray on speedlinder!!!
Had it in the back of our 110 DC and it was awesome. Most of my HT customers get it done by a guy locally up our way called KTD in Gateshead (Im sure there are franchises nationwide). I think on average its £250 - £300 done. It really is mega impressive stuff, ultra tough, and offers good sound deadening properties as well. |

have just done mine, went to my local rubber stockist called walker rubber and plastics and bought some ribbed rubber matting which was 1.2mtr x 1.2 mtr x 3mm thick and i got 2 lenghs of that which they call flat fluted matting and it was £44.92 + vat. i fitted it so the the ribs ran front to back so they follow the curve of the wheel box. i did the tub first and let it lay over the plastic cover for the seat brackets and came up the side of the wheel boxes so that you get a nice water tight tub, then i did the wheel boxes and over lapped it down the side of the tub rubber and fixed it with spray glue. looks like a factory job, just the job for my dogs as the carpet was starting to stink, you could do the whole job out of 1 piece but i found doing it in 3 bits was far easier, i covered over my tie downs as i dont use them and i wanted it water tight so i could hose it out if i need to, i`ll see if i can work out how to download a picture in the next couple of days, hope this helps. I've been thinking of that, as I'd quite like some shelves or storage boxes for tie-down straps etc, and take the toolbox off my trailer. 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

Even with [tongueincheekmode] my sharp wit and humour is wasted here .......
I know how much 22900013A hate chequerplate so I thought I'd try and get him to consider the other side John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

Thats a point, I could use the smooth side! Other option is not to put anything...at all...in the back. Dan. 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

Ribbed rubber matting available from Machine Mart, I use 6mm thick for tub floor, would need thinner to shape around seat boxes. 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper
