![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge I've been meaning to fit a map light for a while now but wasn't sure where to mount it. Thanks to jem90's post on the osram map light the solution was found. I opted for the labcraft version mainly because of the red light option ( ooer missus). I found one reasonably priced on eBay £24.95 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201486223886 first up removed the side vent and dash screws (later realised that removal of the lower speaker would allow me to reach right up) ![]() Click image to enlarge drilled and tapped two hole for m5 bolts self tappers would probably have done ![]() Click image to enlarge I then fitted nuts to the bolts a belt and braces job, also drilled 6mm hole for wires ![]() Click image to enlarge cable ran to piggy back 2A fuse on AC circuit I fitted a 10mm tool clip using the existing screw on the washer pipe cover ![]() Click image to enlarge I'm pleased with the light and thanks again to jem90 for the inspiration ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge |
