I’m certainly planning on going this year, had to miss last year due to work travel. It’s a great family event and although isn’t on the scale of the major Landrover shows is a really nice size and great location.

I’m going to be there with Poppy on display .. and have been asked to give a talk again ... that will help make everyone sleep for the rest of the day !
So swing by and say hello if you are there. The event is good fun with a great off road course that is non-damaging but can be technical in places There will be a lot going on in the event with things for all the family to do, as well as good food from landrover pizza parlour and coffee from a landcover coffee shop... not to mention the bar! It's a nice little show and getting a bit bigger each time i go, i have only missed one show and i will hopefully make it this year

I went last year with the family. It is small but you can fill your day and belly! I'll be checking it out again this year.

Update for Defender day from Pentillie's website
***Pentillie Defender Day 2020 update – 17/03/2020 10am*** In light of the governments press conference on Monday evening we have taken the responsible decision to cancel the main event, talks and attractions at the Castle on Sunday 29th March 2020. However, at the time of writing, we think that we all need something to look forward to so we have decided the 6km 4×4 course WILL REMAIN OPEN.
