Have you checked all the fuses for the headlights.? Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |

Is headlamp relay working ( under dash second row from top right side )
fuse 15 5 amp supply to relay coil and other thing too fuse 15 is feed from ignition switch and post 07 defender have trouble with ignition switches Last edited by dorsetsmith on 5th Apr 2020 10:15am. Edited 1 time in total |

With everything connected as normal, and with the ignition on, measure the supply voltage at the headlight connector, then turn the switch on and measure again. I have/had a fault where one of the connections had gone so high impedance that it showed 12V with no load and instantly collapsed under any load!
