Hi dorsetsmith thank you , I have connected the new one with the solenoid cable to this terminal as it already had a ring connector on it can I still leave it on there and just put the charge light on to the small spade connector or should I replace the ring connector with a large spade connector and plug them both in to that same block cheers Paul

Is the terminal marked B+ or D+. ?

Hi I hadn’t even noticed the letter I just saw the + it looks like B+

as martin main power lead (starter sol Battery + ) can go to the large spades or the B+ terminal and your charge lamp - IND to D+ or small spade
w terminal is tacho output i.e. RPM gauge |

Hi dorsetsmith and Martin I couldn’t wait until the morning I’ve just been out and fitted the correct spade terminal and fitted it and sure enough the charge light has gone out as soon as it started thank you both very much it’s very much appreciated cheers Paul
