Just checked out that event. Pretty costly to register at €495,- per Defender and two occupants. For a luxury breakfast and VIP dinner, plus the chance to drive your truck on salty beaches.  
Might well be in Belgium around that time, but will give this event a miss. Eric You never actually own a Defender. They also seem a bit more open minded to it too. The biggest issue for me is that the entry point price does look as though it's going to start around £40K which is going to rule it out for many, that's a shame because I like what I can see so far. 2015 Defender 90XS HT |

I wonder if the 90 might come in a 4 door version as well. Out of the dimensions spec.it seems that it would be bigger than the current 90. Very close to the Range Rover Evoque in fact -99 Td5 90 CSW

October remains the current plan. Will be big web based media event like already done for Velar and later launches. JLR are not participating at any of the major car shows anymore as too costly.

Registered my interest with my local stealer and had a call back saying they would love to discuss it with me but will not have one in the showroom until Late this year or early next , so will go and chat with them in the autumn

Burgleigh is a huge sponsorship event for Land Rover. Surely they wont just have the camouflaged Defenders on show!!. The event is also streamed on BBC TV Fingers crossed but I reckon the new Defender will be there on show |
