Same tool appears to be called a TT77 elsewhere
e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?nkw=tt77...mp;_sop=15 ![]() ![]() |

The PAD-01 kit is good - but, doesn't have the dies to do the proper crimp on the wire seals.
The Durite ratchet tool that Martin has linked to, will crimp the conductor and seals in one operation, on Econoseal and Superseal terminals. Paul. 1989 Arles Blue 2.5TD 110 Hardtop 1999 Epsom Green Discovery II 4.0 V8i 'XS' |

I just use a cheap non insulated crimping tool. Does the job, maybe a bit slower but works well for me. And you can ensure the conductor is crimped tightly before the sheath and or seals and you can apply the correct pressure by your own judgement. TheThunder Rollsπ¬π§πΊπΈ

Thank you guys for all your suggestions. I think I'm going to go for the TT351 (Durite) as suggested by Martin and others. I like the way that it will incorporate the seal when crimping and also that being on a ratchet means that it will only release when the crimp is perfect. Defender 90XS SW
