Sorry but to far away to help. Woreked on SU cards for may years on my Triumphs - 2500tc, spitfires, Dolomite Sprint & 1850, Minis.
Check for induction leak to the butterfly the pivot point which can wear Ethanol in hippy compliant petrol can cause havoc with the jets and needles make sure they not gummed up and stated to wear Ethanol fuel also eats away at old fuel line - any fule lines before approx 1999 ish would be an issue SU carbs otherwise should not give any issues - I assume you know that engine oil should be used in the plunger (sorry to ask this one) |

What sort of problems are you experiencing? It is not a Defender, it is a One_Ten
