Yes but what about the ground clearance? Looks like it would get stuck on a mole hill. Rolling with laughter Defender 90XS SW

Typical "SUV". Basically an obese 5 door hatchback.

I think the technology is encouraging though.

Seems a shame that Tesla don't just licence their technology to other manufacturers. Car production is about mass producing stuff reliably and efficiently and the major manufacturers have had plenty of practice.

I don't understand how that could possibly be described as a SUV (t reminds me of the Mondeo when it first appeared).

I don't dislike it and performance sounds good but it's only a road car not an off-road vehicle.

Watching my son and friends abusing electric remote control cars in the wet yesterday. I thought how good full size versions would be with flat tray bottoms, centrally mounted motor, no water intake issues... James

Uncle has a fleet of about 10 electric hire bikes, absolutely amazed by how weather sealed they are,

I rode one up in the snow / wet etc and they are absolutely fine

I might go put my name down for the Tesla Shocked

A couple of months back I was playing with an E Sled EV snowmobile. Amazing thing.
