I've been watching these on eBay for a while. Not cheap though

I seem to remember Exmoor trim or Treckers used to make brackets for 110 station wagon rear seat backs which increased the leg room, I’m afraid I’ve no experience of them or if they’re still available🙁

Probably better to make your own or try and find an alternative supplier. I ordered and paid for a set three weeks ago and despite emails have still not got them yet. Did get a response a week ago which was just a link to the courier to say it’s been booked for collection and as of 5mins ago it is still only ‘booked’!!!
As I wanted these to help install a child seat without it being so upright I thought it best to have a purposefully designed and manufactured system for peace of mind. Does anybody know who else you can get these from? |

smb where did you buy from?
I would not be able to make myself don't have a welder but if £115 is for the 4 brackets it does not sound too bad given it will aid comfort in the rear (given how much some bits are I have put on the truck) |

Those were for the pre-Puma seats, and very good they were, too. Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

similar experience here. in that i ordered from them they were delayed coming, eventually turned up and then found they didnt fit using a dog guard! i emailed them and they said oh yeah we werent sure about that our one here doesnt have a dog guard. i suggested they added that to their website which they did the same day! they they sent me some spacers to lift up the back of the seat. these turned out to be some chocolate style plastic which collapsed when i fitted them and torqued down the rear of the seat fittings. i had a machine shop make some up for me and then asked (chris?) Far Corners for a donation towards the cost of them. Overall the product is very £££££ but its is well made and its good. without a dog guard the recline level is superb and makes the OE seats much more comfortable and they fit straight off. with a dog guard you lift the back of the seat (13mm? i think it was) so loose some of the recline but its still way better than standard plus you get under seat usable storage space. is the product good yes. overpriced in my opinion yes. aftersales - a nightmare. would i buy again - nope.
