I watched the video but mine definitely isn't able to be done by one person. I'll have another try when I can get someone to give me an extra pair of hands.

After some more struggling I finally managed to get it done. One little tip for anyone else trying it is get the leather nice and hot with a hairdryer or heater first and then give it a bit of a stretch, seemed to make all the difference for me

Apply a bit of steam to the leather as this helps it stretch
