I still have the JE handbrake kit in the box, just never got around to fitting it. When I sold the Last LS I machined a new console without the D4 handbrake switch for the new owner Andy

Focusing on the paddles at the minute as I only seem to driving in Tiptronic. Adjusting the paddles I have to mimic the switch on the gear stick is straight forward but fitting them on the boss has issues.
They get in the way and its a pain to power them thru the boss so I am going to mount them to the housing, slightly lower. I will basically split the unit into the Up and Down and then print a new housing for them. Easiest way to plan this was to get the new Laser scanner out and scan in the parts. I also bent the paddles in a little the help. Should have the housing ready for the weekend. Printed the new housing overnight. Cut the UP/Down paddles from the old PCS unit and into the new part. Then bolted to the lower cover and screwed up as normal. Really pleased with the position of the paddles. Just need to finish and paint it.

Any further plans and developments ahead Andy, or are you just enjoying for now? Still got the 488 as a stablemate? Alex 110 Tdci Double Cab |

Just do the easy things to it now and drive it but do plan a supercharger next. 488 prices where taking a tumble so I jumped ship thankfully not replaced it yet, enjoying the break and blood loss working on the defender Andy

Can't wait for the supercharger build. Will it be fairly bolt on, or much modification needed? 110 Tdci Double Cab |
