That is wishful thinking! So long as it stays in Ireland longer than the last one Didn't see nearly enough of that one!! James

I doubt this one will go anywhere. In fact I am on the hunt for another donor to do, a rag top 90 and more classic but powered by the Americans. Andy

Perfect, will be watching with much envy.

Allisport have since changed their manufacturing methods and the header tanks are pressure tested to a much high rating. Looks brilliant by the way! Instagram @defender_ventures Empire Tuning - Agent |

Well she seen daylight today. Back on the wheels and moved over to the recovery ward. Found an issue with the PAS pump so Ged got stuck into that and I started onto the wing air box mod. Added the rear silver badge so I am happy. No more stickers will go near it.

Air filter set-up looks good. Was the heat shield easy to attach? Presumably there are some kind of fixings to aid filter replacement. WARNING.

Yes, you can just remove the panel. As the LR air box is away you have a fair bit of free space on that side of the engine bay. Yup, in 15”. Lovely finish on them. Just trying to protect it from our grubby hands. It’s the only aftermarket wheel I like and I’m a bit gutted they have stopped selling them!

I was lucky, had vouchers so they had to sell me one. It’s actually fully machined for them, branded on the rear etc. I thought it was just a normal Mota they added a boss too. Andy

The Moto-Lita wheel is the only way to go as far as steering wheels are concerned, particularly in such a superb vehicle as yours imho. Another Defender conversion?.....I'd love to see you get hold of a mint low mileage XS 90, and work your magic on that, and boy, would I like to see an LSA in it!! Your work standard & attention to detail is the best Defender work I've ever seen. Well done. Looking forward to a video displaying the sound of that LS3 working hard! Pickles. |

A steering wheel change wasn’t on the list until I sat in a twisted with one fitted. I have lost the quick release but we have a lot of security built in.
Got the rear seat heater loom, but no electric windows on this one. Also fitting the the jag classic info unit to Keep things nice and simple.
