Check vehicle earths.
Often the earth to transfer box. The vehicle is using handbrake cable as the earth cable ![]() |

As others have said, but also check brake fluid is nearest the upper max mark too.

handbrake wiring also go up to the brake fluid level switch

Thanks everyone. It's definitely the chassis ground. I put a jumper from the battery negative post to the chassis and the issue is gone. I will install a new chassis strap.
