ZDDP additive
Apparently very few modern oils contain anything other than trace quantities of ZDDP a zinc additive necessary for engines with highly loaded rubbing surfaces. Think V8 camshaft/follower.
An American company has started making ZDDP which can be added to the oil you may be using.

They have a distributor in UK as well
