Alarm/central locking fault
Hi All, my 2015my utility is starting to play up. When locking with the fob the alarm sounds twice very annoying late at night. The interior lights are on whilst driving. Tried to lock car using the key, but just bounces back so have to use the fob. Is it anything obvious? It's going back to the dealer next month for a service if all else fails. I've looked at the fuses under the seat and they all look fine.

Regards Myn. Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.

Quite likely that you have a faulty door switch (shorting to ground). This will keep the interior light on, and when the alarm is set the beep is tomwarn you that the system things a door is open.

Generally the horns going twice is telling you a door is still open, this would be supported by the interior lights.
I would try the door switches as your first point of contact. Sometimes the wires break where they pass through the conduit entering the door.

Yes the things its doing show a miss lock so its thinking a door is open , tailgate or bonnet is open , so maybe dodgy swithch , wire to switch touching body and earthing , or bonnet switch/wiring
