I googled Roadcruza and I’m surprised that they fit them in the UK as they appear to be designed as an MT for use in the dry Australian Outback. I wonder how an insurance company would look on them if you had an accident on a streaming wet motorway......... how would you stand if you purchased that car thinking those were the standard fit tyres then had an accident ?
https://roadcruza.net.au/tyre=ra-3200/47

Also found this on Tyres Direct Website in the UK so they must be approved for UK conditions, certainly pretty good value tyres at £150 each, before discount the list price for the Duratracs I fitted was something like £180 each+++

2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

As opposed to a BF Goodrich tyre designed for a desert race in New Mexico?

Didn’t know BFG were intended for that, they work pretty well in the cold wet gloop of the Scottish hillsides! Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come

My dads 110 has gone in for warranty work, its done 500 miles, build issues.

He was on motorway at 80mph and he said it was like the window was down but it wasn't, JLR have diagnosed misalined roof. Hes off on holiday tomorrow so he's left it with them for a week.

I didn't think so spudfan, but perhaps there is a secret removable hard top after all that Gerry has been keeping quiet about!!

Joking apart, the QC must be really poor if they can get a roof misaligned. I wonder if it is bonded onto the body shell, welded, or bolted. Whatever the method, one assumes it will be a big job. Unless it's sunroof related or something similar (Does the new Defender have a sunroof or panoramic glass roof option? )

I have done a deal today on a new Defender it's a first edition 240d with deployable towbar. It's the Gondawa stone colour. I only went to try a Disco 5 Shocked

I was just curious. I don't see how you can have a "misaligned roof" unless it is a separate fitment. As the roof seems to be attached to the upper body this does not seem to be an easy job like refitting a separate roof. I would be interested to hear what is involved in rectifying the issue. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

That problem might not be the roof, the A pillar trims are to be replaced on all early production as above 60mph they make a noise like millions of well fed bugs hitting the windscreen as they vibrate. Problem is the trims are on factory back order...... how many times do LR have supply issues, it seems something on every vehicle in the range has parts on back order. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come

The rattling doors on my demo could be the A-pillars.

Perhaps the wine soaked motoring journalists (sic) weren't let loose on any high speed tarmac driving during their all expenses paid holiday in Namibia, or wherever the main press launch was. Either that or the alcohol numbed their sense of hearing.
