Home made transmission oil filler
Last time I changed all fluids I found it hard to fill transfer and from below. I set about collecting the necessary to make a pressurised filler. I scrounged a pressure cooker and some other bits of pipe and a tyre valve. After drilling some holes in the lid I fitted the valve and feed pipe. Tested and works a treat. Simply put the correct volume of oil in the pan and blow into the correct hole on the truck.

well it's clever, and probably easier than an oil syringe. but I can't help thinking just using a garden sprayer with the end chopped off the pipe would do the same thing.

Overall you will find it hard to beat one of these,
Makes filling diffs and boxes effortless.

Wouldn’t be without mine,

but 10/10 for the pressure cooker idea Laughing

Garden sprayer works. I enjoy making stuff and this cost me nowt as I scrounged the pan and had all the other bits. That Castro’s pump is a great looking bit of kit.

do you have to put the pressure cooker onto a pre-heated stove for it to work?

I guess it would thin the oil and make it easier to transfer!

You could bung some chips in the leftover too.
