I need a fire extinguisher in the front cab of my Puma 130, just wondering where others have mounted them and how (quick fists?)? @tab.travels on instagram

Quick Fist mounts from Brendan. Work a treat for small fire extinguishers.

The back of the cubby box was my favourite place as easily reached inside and out of the vehicle ..
(my new set up sees a large extinguisher in the back of the vehicle under the cupboards - accessible from the back door) Poppy - TDCI (Puma) 110XS 2.2 - Camper conversion - see the build here - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic56530.html Elgar -TDCI(Puma) 110XS Dormobile - now sold Devon & Cornwall 4x4 Response - DC126 |

Quick fist horizontally mounted on the back door just above the handle. Where it has the added advantage of being constantly "shaken-up" prior to any potential use.

It’s a double cab 130 so I need something in the cab - I can’t do the seat box Brendan as I have some additional speakers down there.
I was thinking of maybe putting it above the grab handle, or maybe upright using the existing bolt for the grab handle, a bit like the RAM mount? https://www.4x4overlander.com/product/ram-mount-adapter/ @tab.travels on instagram Defender 130 2.2 TDCI Defender 90 TD5 80" CCV Trialer 4.6 V8 (14CUX) Stage One V8 109 - 3.5 V8 Stage One V8 109 - 4.6 V8 (GEMS) - in progress Range Rover L322 4.4 TDV8 Freelander 1 2.0 TD4 |

Safety Devices 2.5kg (I think) using its own mount, bolted to the front of my MSS cubby box. The cubby is an older version without the cup holders or single DIN attached, and luckily just clears the gear and transfer levers. I prefer to be able to grab the extinguisher from the drivers seat if possible.
