I will call bodylogicuk for the ecu setup, it has been done on a 3.6, butni would like to go with the 4.4 and give those ls boys a real run for their money. 0.5:1 sixth gear would give me great highway speed at low rpm runnin a 1.41 transfercase.

Looking forward to your replies

The standard ZF 8 speed has torque limit maps, the engine is capable of about 1200NM but the autobox limits that to about 800 via it's ECU.

So basically you need to find a clutch and gearbox that will take 1200NM (unless you have the torque limit set on the engine ECU) Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon
