No, I can't even remember what it does. I did fit a brake light flasher, that gives 5 flashes before it goes hard on. With a LED bulb I think it is a great safety device.

BTW if you can shed some light on what this box does, please share.

It basically gives you the lane change function most modern cars have. ie. you just flick the indicator stalk and it'll indicate for 10 seconds or so before switching off. Saves you having to latch the indicator stalk.

It's a nice to have on a modern car, but I'm not sure I could be bothered to install it on a Defender, let alone spend money on it.

No I haven't tried it. But I do like the modern gizmos. Especially when I put them in myself (so to know where to look it is broken).

Thanks I will put in on my wish list (I think page 37 or thereabouts).

That's one of those features of modern cars that I find so annoying that I'd pay to have it removed!
