Sub / amp wiring route
Hi

I'm pretty clear how you wire up an amp / active sub but say it's mounted on back of cubby box, how do you route wire to battery and best place to get ground from?

If you don't have heated seats there's a rubber bung in the top of the battery box you could go through. So down from the amp and under the seat next to the seat runner then into the battery box. Ray

There is more than 1. You could always drill a new hole a fit a rubber grommet

You could just make a bigger hole in the rubber grommet. Ray

I made a bigger hole and shoved the wire through, then along the funny lip where the bulkhead was. I put the wire into some coiled plastic protective covering, used a seat runner bolt for my earth. The input cables from the head unit under the carpet and along that lip thing. All works well, v loud (1200W Juice sub box), nice!
