2012 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Zambezi Silver

Intercooler options.

Does anyone know of someone who makes performance intercoolers that are relatively similar in dimensions to a standard one with maybe bigger bore guts? I'm very limited on space due to a redwinch hornet at the front. I've already moved the rad and original intercooler back as far as I dare and fitted a slimline fan but space is tight and I don't want to lose any more approach angle.

IRB do their own spec PWR cooler. Very nice it is too

I'm not sure to be honest, I will be getting one next time I'm up to replace my 3rd (under warranty) allisport cooler. The quality is stunning

Forge motorsport do one too I think, im sure Allisport would make you one custom if you asked too!

Three coolers!? How did you manage that?

They all corroded to the point that the fins were falling off, within a few months. Unfortunately it's a downside to living half a mile from the sea. Also the end tanks have started to bulge (obviously struggling to handle 2 bar of boost)

Bloody hell! Thats not ideal ay!

Mines been in about a year (covered about 5k) now and still looks brand new! AC condensor and rad have seen better days but they are 14years old!
