Hello windy , Ian Dickson fabrication makes a 4mmm version that’s complete , that’s what I got coming . RCP also do one that slides up between the chassis , hence why I choose Ian’s , pics up once it’s here

Top work, looks a great repair did you consider putting a galved chassis on when you saw how bad it was? Ray

Can’t justify a new chassis to be honest , it’s only a pit toy , road legal though , and hardly any miles are done over the year . Don’t get me wrong , a new chassis would be nice as would a bulkhead too . So in the mean time , i’ll Keep a patching n keep on playing , welding is all done bar tidying , the poor Clarke welder doesn’t like this hot weather

Thanks fella , it’s done . Hooray . Now to rebuild . I have wooden tub floor , with two holes in , when my daughter drives off road , we lay the spare in the back n strap in down using the rings . Cos she’s short , if the spare is against the rear window , she struggles to see over it when reversing at certain angles

It’s handy having the week off , it’s lots quicker than working in the evenings , it’s slowly getting there , the tub bulkhead is solid now and it’s taken some work to get one side of the tub to fit , but it’s in , other side later

Can someone assist please , with all the new metal came all new holes , but to get it all straight , i’ve had put spacers in at the bottom of the tub bulkhead , if I take them out , then the door gap is huge , what am missing please . Thanks ady
