I agree with MSE, Tata have very strong morals and believe in trust and responsibility. We all listened to the doom and gloom of, they ae only buying you for the assets and knowledge (Corus not JLR) and will shut you down! I for one think that if they hasent taken us over, we would be no more.
Could have been a similar story for JLR? |

Just add that this presentation was made in Feb 2011.
See this link: http://www.tatamotors.com/investors/pdf/in...-feb11.pdf If I will be a TATA investor, I would like to see that the promises stated will be honoured (if not, the shares will go down), Some changes should be done in 2013. By the way, JLR has been quite sucessfull in business to be worry about the future of our Land Rovers makers.
