Hello
I guess you need a Google account (free) just set one up a google mail account (I Have one anyway so this is how I access it) Within the google account you will have google pictures icon and the pictures are in there. I actually find this handy as it backs them up automatically. If you want though you can down load them to another device or memory stick and save them. like this once you have a google Click image to enlarge mail account click on this in the corner then click on this Click image to enlarge Then you have your pictures I'm unsure if you can just have the google photo's part? maybe but as I use google mail this is how I access it. |

I have an account, the phone set it up automatically and access the account , I can see the photos. The only thing I want to do is move them to a hard drive.
I don't have a seven year old to show me how. Don't make old people mad. We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |

- using your computer's browser,go to https://photos.google.com/
- login with the gmail account used on your phone - Select photos (You can quickly select a group of photos by clicking on the V-mark next to the dates that they were made) - Go to the menu under the three dots in the upper right corner and choose 'Download' or tap shift+D and presto, one or more zip-files will be downloaded to your computer.
