2004 Defender ABS Sensor

My front right ABS sensor keeps tripping out, according to the Nanocom its "electrical failure" and "intermittent XXX times"

I assume I need a new one, though not 100% sure which one!

This the right one?

Two different part numbers! Two different prices but the same make...

Any help?

So Disco/Def arnt interchangable?

2004 Defender 90 Td5 X-Tech LE Zambezi Silver

Might just be worth checking the wheel or swivel bearings for play, the sensor is a push fit into it's hole and if you get a bit of movement in the bearing it can cause the ABS ring to push the sensor out of line, I had this on mine when the lower swivel bearing fell apart.
Once fixed and back together I just had to gently tap the sensor down until it was in the right place, it only takes a mm or so between working and not.

Thats the plan for this evening!

Pretty sure the swivels are alright, checked them myself a while a go found no play and just went through an MOT nothing mentioned.

2003 Defender 90 Td5 XS CSW Bonatti Grey

mine is an 2003 TD5 90, have had for some time front left sensor turning on the lights. Bearing has been changed and I think that it was packed with too much grease as quite regularly the sensor kept raising a fraction and triggering the warning lights.
Just keep tapping it back into place and all is well for a while (just make sure first that their is no rust pushing the sensor up and always use a piece of timber on the sensor when tapping back with a hammer). hope this helps. Regards
