Table in their wiring instructions PDF gives:
1: Power Out 1 2: Power in 3: Power Out 2 7: Earth 8: Sidelight (illumination) 9: Earth 10: Link Pin 1 Pinout as viewed from bottom of switch: 8 -- 7 1 -- 4 2 -- 5 3 -- 6 10 -- 9 However, the PDF does say:
This is done with the pin 10 link, so if you want it on for the "power out 2", then link it to 3 instead. You CAN make the illuminated bar work in both "On" positions, you would need to add 2 diodes to the wiring though to prevent the output circuits being electrically connected. I can supply more detail if needed. http://www.mudstuff.co.uk/pdfs/Carling%20W...202017.pdf 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top 2015 D90 XS SW |

Thank you!
They where originally wired up in my 90, which when on High the bar would be bright, when on low the bar would be dimmer. I plugged everything back in the same way but the red bar never came on again! So to get the red light on I connect pin 10 to pin 3 or pin 1? |

Correct - pin 10 is the positive feed to the bar, so connect it to whichever output pin you want it to come on with 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Thanks again!
Got the heated seat switches wired up, had an earth that was part of the seat loom, that went into Pin 10 then linked to Pin 3, Pin 9 was then earthed and hey presto! Got bright red light on when "high" and dimmer light when on low heat! |
