110 TD5 Strange Reverse Light Issue
This is an odd one...

Got an RDX LED reverse light which has always worked. About 6 months ago I added another live & neutral into the reverse light connector which powers my rear parking sensors, light carried on working, as it should.

Today I was fitting my reverse camera, I spliced into the live (behind the connector) for a signal feed for the head unit. Now the reverse light doesn't work...

Heres the odd bit, according to my voltmeter I am getting 12v at the connector, parking sensors work fine too.

So what is happening here? Any ideas?

Light works fine, tested on a 12v car batt

It looks like you've effectively bridged the reverse light with your camera. Try taking the camera earth to the body rather than the light. Darren
