I changed mine it's a 5 min job. I will have a look and see if I still have the original in the box for part numbers as I was thinking about just rebuilding it as a spare with a bearing.
I know the belts are different if you have a.c., dunno about the rollers 2014 - current ..... 2003 defender td5 90 (my car) 2009 - current .... 2005 zx10r |

Hi Horus. Horrendous noise eh?! Give us a few more details please. Year and whether you have aircon. The below image will help. Ignore the two versions of the belt setup "with ACE" that was only on Discoveries. If you can edit the image and highlight which pulley has collapsed and I am sure one of us with a parts catalogue or RAVE can point you in the right direction.

top left diagram far right idler pulley, no car shops around here can get them. they told me ebay has them ha,, ordered one today with part number ERR6949 hope it the correct one,
