26ft boat without trailer moved from Devon to Windermere
Hello

I have a friend who has just changed boats (yaught?)

It's in Devon , no keel as in its a drop down one and his moring is in windamere?

I've offered a road trip...but need a trailer.

Any other options?

Sailing back would take around 5 days they think?

Shipley? Big Dave? Any other boat movers

Thanks

Zagato on here may be a chap to ask - he's got a/some nice boats...believe he tows them with his Defender (if he still has one)... maybe worth a PM Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

What brand of boat is it? If its one that has a trailer as an option (such as a McGregor) maybe you could contact the owners club to see if you could hire one from one of the members who has their boat on the water?
