Hi All

Do you think we are going to get a roof mounted centre console? as there is no sunroof what is the aperture in the head lining for. It's the wrong orientation for a sun roof and it is mirrored in the inner roof body panel??

Lot of complex pressings and welds there - will be interesting to see how stiff they are compared with something like a new G Class.

With Magna Steyr involved in the development I would imagine that a lot of learning from years of G Class evolution has gone into the structural design.

I got an email invite for prototype drive...well, actually if you read the small print it is a chance to sit next to one of their drivers. I has to pass as the dates don't work for me. Shame, but hopefully another chance will come up later.
