Companies that enter administration and miraculously reappear twenty minutes later in a pre-pack agreement with the same directors and same management. It boils my wee wee. How this kind of thing is allowed to carry on, I really don't know. All we get told are 'they saved 60 jobs. Apart from the other 300 that went down the road when they close any branches that they don't cherry pick.
There are turnaround companies that do make dead ducks into stunning swans, but the majority are just looking to pick over the remnants and make a quick quid. Little Chef, Debenhams, BHS, Thames Water anyone? At least the courts are after the two guys who screwed over the BHS staff. I blame the suppliers. If someone had shafted me. left me in debt, and then started up again under a slightly different company name, I would tell them to clear off. I saw it over and over again in construction where Directors of bankrupt organisations started up again and the same suppliers gave them credit agreements, scared that another supplier might get an advantage over them. There were serial offenders, or maybe they were very unlucky. |

I'm impressed that it appears that it didn't even break the windscreen (based on the additional photos on bookface).

And clearly shows how far the fuel tank protrudes below the chassis.
